itunes erased everything: every last pic, movie, video, book, and song. there goes about four hundred dollars! maybe it's cuz i'm so very terrible at anything tech-related. i didn't know that they meant it literally when they said "erase"! i swear, it took me foreverz to make a blog. -__-
